Our story starts in 2015, with a small team of dedicated people in a three hundred square foot bakery space. Motivated by the belief that good bread had the potential to bring people together, it was our mission to create products that could nourish both the individual and the collective whole. To do this authentically, we stuck to ingredients and flavours that were simple, local and fresh. This is the recipe that has helped us to grow and evolve, and it’s what we value most,
Abundance is located in Lillooet, BC, where we are privileged to operate on traditional St’at’imc territory. We’ve since grown into a newly renovated café space, and are committed to fostering an environment where people from all communities can thrive.
